In March 2019, Sparsh Foundation started its journey and established a pilot project consisting of social work, skill development, women empowerment, and health sector. We started a curative program and a prevention program in one of the poorest areas of northern Uttar Pradesh in India. The curative program was to serve many villages, with a total population of approximately 45000. The prevention program began by serving one village. Both programs have since grown in all dimensions. We are now serving over villages, patients in our curative program and villages people in the prevention program. We went there and make them aware about various dieses, and bad habits like drinking etc. Besides it we started a program to provide education as well as food for poor and needy people. Sparsh Foundation is dedicated to social work, skill development, women empowerment & bringing health and medical services to the poor villages of north-eastern India. Sparsh Foundation is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization & always ready to fulfil its duties.

From the start, a consensus developed that the greatest need in Uttar Pradesh was for improvements to the quality and availability of health care & education. In recognition of this, Our first goal has been to establish the Trust, Sparsh Foundation. With the help and generous support of many, the Hospital has come a long way toward achieving this goal, providing preventative and curative services for children, pregnant mothers, and others in the community. Health care continues to consume the great majority of the Sparsh Foundation staff's time and resources. Besides it we serve our society as well as our country in different manners like food & cloth distribution, free service for education with the distribution of books pens, pencils & other stationeries. We also work for women empowerment & help girl childs intheir education.
